These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the BUSOS Founder Operating System and related services (the “Service”) offered by Founderpath at https://www.founderpath.app. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
BUSOS provides software tools for founders — including planning, AI-assisted guidance, document and venture management, and related features. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.
You must provide accurate information and safeguard your credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
You agree not to:
Access to certain areas may require acceptance of additional confidentiality terms (e.g. our NDA flow). You agree to protect confidential information you receive through the Service as described there.
You retain rights to information you submit (“Your Content”). You grant us a license to host, process, back up, and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service — including using subprocessors and model providers where features require it.
Outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for decisions you make based on the Service. AI features are assistive tools, not professional advice.
Some features may be paid. Fees, taxes, and billing terms are presented at purchase. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew until cancelled according to the plan terms.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FOUNDERPATH AND ITS SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS OR DATA. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS (USD), EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from Your Content, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of these Terms, subject to applicable law.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or risk to the Service. Provisions that by nature should survive will survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country say otherwise. Courts in Delaware (or as required by law) shall have jurisdiction, subject to arbitration or mandatory venue rules where applicable.
We may update these Terms; we will post the new date and, where material, provide notice (e.g. email or in-app). Continued use may constitute acceptance.
